Tecair Systems

Portable Pneumatic Power – Compressed air without the air hose.

The Tecair system provides precisely regulated air for use with standard air tools.  The system includes a two-stage regulator which deliver the desired pressure to the tool, drawing from a High Pressure Air cylinder at 310 bar (4500 psi).

Available in 2L, 4.0L and 6.8L capacities, the cylinder contains sufficient air at 310 bar (4500 psi) to power single-shot air tools such as nailers and caulking guns.  Our patented dual-stage regulator provides precise control on output pressure.  Tecair Systems are available at two output levels.

K-150. The blue Tecair regulator will meet the needs of most pneumatic air tools requiring up to 10 bar (150 psi) air pressure. The output gauge on the right shows the pressure as adjusted by the Tecair’s adjustment knob and indicates the pressure being delivered to the tool.  The gauge on the left indicates the pressure remaining in the cylinder.

K-300. The black Tecair regulator supports higher power air tools requiring up to 25 bar (300 psi) air pressure. The K-300's output gauge on the right shows the pressure as adjusted by the Tecair’s adjustment knob and indicates the pressure being delivered to the tool.  The gauge on the left indicates the pressure remaining in the cylinder.

Tecair systems can be ordered with any combination of either the K-150 or K-300 regulator, with any of the cylinder sizes, and with gauges in imperial or metric units (psi or bar).  While the most common configuration may be the 2.0L cylinder with the K-150 blue regulator and gauges with metric units, the system can be configured also with 4.0L and 6.8L cylinders, with the K-300 black regulator, and gauges with English units.

Tecair systems are only available outside of North America.
